Tony was one of the co-founders of the CFO Network when it was initially launched in 2002 with 6 other Silicon Valley CFOs. In March 2010, Tony re-launched the firm as CFONW Global Solutions. Tony has been the CFO and corporate controller of public companies and has extensive consulting experience at hi-tech companies, primarily in Silicon Valley. Past consulting clients have included public companies such as TIBCO Software, SGI, Visa USA, NewCardio, Oplink Communications, SumTotal Systems, Avanex (now Oclaro), ACLARA BioSciences, and LookSmart, and private companies such as Exigen Services, Roamware and PLLX3. He has had extensive international experience in China, Thailand, Russia, Germany, the UK, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and Latvia. |
Robert’s expertise spans numerous industries ranging from investment banking to technology. His roles have ranged from VP of Finance, Corporate Controller to VP of Business Development in public and private companies. Robert has led angel funding for high profile start-ups in the Bay Area and has implemented operational processes in more established organizations. He has managed SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, systems implementations and FP&A at various companies.
Robert has deep accounting and enterprise-reporting systems experience which he acquired by leading the implementations of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains, Axapta), Oracle, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Micro Strategies, Actuate, and Hyperion.

Dr. Alo Ghosh is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, finance expert and a seasoned strategic advisor to CEOs, CFOs and board members.
Alo was at McKinsey and Company in the New York office where he co-led the shareholder value management practice. Alo helped write McKinsey’s valuation-based management handbook, ‘Valuation’, now with one million in print. He has conducted 50+ valuations for top LBO players.
Alo has launched several companies, including Techna USA, a software product and services ventures which had a valuation of $200 million and 600 people working in 10 countries. He was the founder of Techna Institute in India, which offered 12 degree programs and had hundreds of graduates. He has been the head of a $4 billion infrastructure fund and a private wealth manager for a Chicago billionaire.

Dmitri is a native of St. Petersburg, Russia where he is currently based. His responsibilities cover the entire CIS countries in Eastern Europe. Dmitri has extensive experience adapting national accounting software (Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) to deliver reporting data for consolidated US GAAP reporting purposes. He has successfully managed local statutory audits in Eastern Europe and US GAAP audits.
