Tony
was one of the co-founders of the CFO Network when it
was initially launched in 2002 with 6 other Silicon Valley CFOs.
In March 2010, Tony re-launched the firm as CFONW Global Solutions.
Tony has been the CFO and corporate controller of public
companies and has extensive consulting experience at hi-tech companies,
primarily in Silicon Valley. Past consulting clients have included public
companies such as TIBCO Software, SGI, Visa USA, NewCardio, Oplink Communications,
SumTotal Systems, Avanex (now Oclaro), ACLARA BioSciences, and
LookSmart, and private companies such as Exigen Services, Roamware and PLLX3.
He has had extensive international experience in China, Thailand, Russia,
Germany, the UK, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Australia and Latvia.

Tony’s areas of specific emphasis are interim CFO/controllership, driving profitability, SEC reporting, technical GAAP issues, implementing world-wide month-end close processes, complex multi-national tax planning and Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. He has been involved in several turn-around and clean-up situations. On the deal-making side, he has bought and sold companies, gone through an IPO, and has led debt and follow-on equity financings. He is also an active residential real estate developer in San Francisco.
More generally, Tony has a reputation for getting things done, building consensus, adapting to different environments and managing projects that touch different functions, locations and cultures. Tony speaks Farsi, German and some French. He collects wine.

Tony received his MBA with honors from the University of Chicago and his B.Sc. with honors from the University of Bristol, England.

Robert’s expertise spans numerous industries ranging from investment banking to technology. His roles have ranged from VP of Finance, Corporate Controller to VP of Business Development in public and private companies. Robert has led angel funding for high profile start-ups in the Bay Area and has implemented operational processes in more established organizations. He has managed SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance, systems implementations and FP&A at various companies.
Robert has deep accounting and enterprise-reporting systems experience which he acquired by leading the implementations of Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains, Axapta), Oracle, PeopleSoft, Business Objects, Micro Strategies, Actuate, and Hyperion. || More About Robert
Robert has heavy M & A experience not just at the transactional and business development level, but also in leading post-acquisition merger integrations, restructurings and subsequent divestitures.
Most recently Robert was at Exigen Services where he received 2 high profile promotions in 2 years. As the Vice President of Business Development, he successfully led the acquisition and integration efforts in Eastern Europe and China. As the Vice President of Global Finance, he implemented consolidations in Microsoft Dynamics where previously consolidations were being done manually. He led the world-wide year-end close process which required close co-ordination and collaboration with subsidiaries in the UK, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Australia, China and Hong Kong.
Prior to Exigen Services, Robert was VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at Vinfolio, where he was brought in to turn-around the accounting function as well as to lead funding efforts with high-profile investors like Tom Siebel and Colin Lind of Blum Capital. During Robert’s tenure, the company grew 300% as a result of the funding which required business processes to be automated and streamlined. Robert has also held senior finance roles at Actuate and 24 Hour Fitness after having spent numerous years working in the Investment Banking and Research groups at Citigroup, Smith Barney and Thomson Financial in New York.

Doug
is a veteran Chief Financial Officer and
gifted financial strategist with both public and private company
CFO-level experience. He is accomplished at taking companies from
inception to IPO or merger with substantial contacts in the venture
capital and Wall Street investment banking communities. For the past
30 years, he has been a steadfast executive team member, with industry-proven
tactics in financial planning. His prowess in personnel management
and administrative operations is the synergy behind CFONW Global
Solutions' advanced, executive recruiting program.

Doug was formerly CFO at Oculex Pharmaceuticals, which he prepared for being a public company by carefully developing the Accounting, Finance, MIS, Administrative and Investor Relations functions.
Prior to Oculex, Doug was with TAGO Immunologicals (NASD: TAGO); Commercialization Consultant to Lawrence Livermore & Los Alamos National Laboratories; New Enterprise Director & Member, Advisory Board, NASA Ames Technology Commercialization Center; and a CFO Consultant and Investment Banker at The Brenner Group, LLC.
Education:
Doug has an M.B.A. from the University of Houston and a B.A. from North Texas State University, magna cum laude. He is a CPA licensed in Texas and is a former U.S. Marine.

Alo Ghosh is a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, finance expert and a seasoned
strategic advisor to CEOs, CFOs and board members.
Alo was at McKinsey
and Company in the New York office where he co-led the shareholder value
management practice. Alo helped write McKinsey’s valuation-based management
handbook, ‘Valuation’, now with one million in print. He has conducted
50+ valuations for top LBO players.
Alo has launched several companies,
including Techna USA, a software product and services ventures which
had a valuation of $200 million and 600 people working in 10 countries.
He was the founder of Techna Institute in India, which offered 12 degree
programs and had hundreds of graduates. He has been the head of a $4
billion infrastructure fund and a private wealth manager for a Chicago
billionaire.

Sr. Vice President, East European Operations |
Dmitri is
a native of St. Petersburg, Russia where he is currently based. His responsibilities
cover the entire CIS countries in Eastern Europe.
Dmitri has extensive experience adapting national accounting software
(Russia, Ukraine, Belarus) to deliver reporting data for consolidated
US GAAP reporting purposes. He has successfully managed local statutory
audits in Eastern Europe and US GAAP audits.

Dmitri has a very strong systems background and has managed major ERP implementations and has integrated different systems. He has grown companies from a start-up phase to where revenues reached $65MM. He has managed a geographically diverse, multi-national financial teams, built consolidated financial and management reporting systems, processes, internal controls, processes and tools for securing financial discipline in multi-national service companies.
Dmitri spent over 10 year at STAR SPB where he eventually became the CFO. STAR SPB was one of the very first Russian software development companies and eventually became one of the largest and fastest growing software companies in Russia. Dmitri also spent 5 years at Identix Inc, a California-based hardware and software company.

Accounting Manager - China |

Anny Tian is the Accounting Manager in
our Wuxi, China office, just outside of Shanghai. She has over 15 years
of finance and administration experience. She has a deep knowledge of Chinese
Accounting Standards (CAS) which has been converging to the more
principal-based International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
She is very experienced with Chinese statutory and tax regulations.
She does not just report the numbers, but also drives the business
through her keen operational analysis, cost control, budgeting and
detailed financial reporting skills. She has set up entire finance
departments, implemented ERP systems, developed financial reporting
packages and created cash flow forecasting models.
Her skills were honed at Exigen Services (Suzhou), a global
IT services company headquartered in San Francisco and at Suzhou Industrial
Park YuXin Technology LTD Co.
